By calling the Accident Support number 0344 335 0284 (BMW) you will be put through to a dedicated team who will look after you throughout the entire repair process. The team are operated, administered and provided by Enterprise Rent-a-Car Limited. They will arrange for your car to be recovered and repaired at our BMW Approved Bodyshop, as well as help manage and take the hassle out of the claims process with your insurance company. The team will also arrange for a courtesy car, keeping you up-to-date at every stage of the repair process with the Repair Tracker.
