Accident Support ensures you'll have the support you need following an accident. By calling the Accident Support number 0344 335 0142 (MINI) you will be put through to a dedicated team who will look after you throughout the entire repair process. The team are operated, administered and provided by Enterprise Rent-a-Car Limited. They will arrange for your car to be recovered and repaired at our MINI Approved Bodyshop, as well as help manage and take the hassle out of the claims process with your insurance company. The team will also arrange for a courtesy car, keeping you up-to-date at every stage of the repair process with the Repair Tracker.
Following an accident, get in touch. Call the MINI Accident Support Hotline (0344 335 0142), or if possible, request a free repair estimate here with our Bodyshop team and bring your MINI to us. If you aren't able to drive from the accident site we'll recover your MINI and bring it back to our Bodyshop to complete the repairs.
