Benefit from 36 month and at least 24 month BMW Roadside Assistance on New and Approved Used Bikes respectively. We'll be on hand to to help you on the phone in the first instance to try and get you back on the road as quickly as possible - We’ll arrange assistance when your bike is immobilised. ‘Immobilised’ means an electrical or mechanical breakdown, punctures, road traffic accident, lost keys, misfuelling, damage or destruction by fire, theft or vandalism.
Should you require further assistance we’ll arrange for one of our BMW Motorrad Customer Service Technicians to attend your location and attempt to fix your bike at the roadside.
We'll send you a link to track your Service Technician's progress to your location - once on site they will attempt to repair your bike using the lastets diagnostic equipment and Genuine Parts.
Should your bike need to be recovered to a BMW Motorrad Retailer, we’ve got that covered too. We’ll arrange recovery to your nearest BMW Motorrad Retailer, whether that be recovery location or home address.
Keeping you on the move - whilst a replacement bike might not always be possible, we'll make sure you're kept on the move with a hire car through one of our approved providers (valid driving license and terms and conditions apply). Alternatively, should a hire car not be suitable we’ll support alternative means of travel to get you back on your way – whether that be public transport or taxi.
Hotel accommodation - sleep easy knowing that if you breakdown more than 50 miles from your home address we'll cover the cost for you to stay bed and breakfast in a hotel, up to £100 per person for one night for you and your passenger within the UK - Or four nights within Continental Europe.
Punctures - we'll take the pain out of your puncture - attempting to repair the tyre at the roadside, and if a repair is not possible we'll recover your bike to the nearest BMW Motorrad retailer you will assist you further. Plus we'll make sure you're kept on the road through a hire bike/car until your BMW Motorrad Retailer can supply and fit a replacement tyre.*

*Mobility will be through one of our approved hire car providers. A hire bike may not be possible - only for tyres ordered through the BMW Motorrad Tyre Programme. In all other cases we’ll support with up to 24 hours mobility.
