BMW / MINI Sales Trainee Apprenticeship

As a Sales Trainee Apprentice you will learn the core skills that a Sales Executive needs to be successful. Product knowledge, communication skills and customer service are the main focus. Most of your Apprenticeship will be on the job training based at our centre. A BMW representative will also visit you on a 12 weekly basis to set performance targets and classroom sessions will be offsite at the BMW Group Training Academy in Berkshire.

On successful completion of the Apprenticeship your salary will be in line with our certified BMW / MINI Sales Executives, plus Commission.

Hours: 45 hours a week Monday –Saturday with a set day off in the week.

On successful completion of the Apprenticeship, the qualifications attained will be:

• Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner
• BMW Sales Executive Certification
• On completion, a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification will also be offered to those that wish to further develop their career
