As an Aftersales Customer Service Apprentice you will either be looking after our Service customers or our Parts customers. As a Service Advisor you will be the customers main point of contact whilst their vehicle is being serviced, ensuring they are kept informed of the progress and professionally resolving any issues that may arise.
As a Parts Advisor you will be responsible for ordering, issuing and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories for internal and external customers. Most of your Apprenticeship will be on the job training based at our centre with one of our Advisors as your mentor. A BMW representative will also visit you on a 12 weekly basis to set performance targets and classroom sessions will be offsite at the BMW Group Training Academy in Berkshire.
On successful completion of the Apprenticeship your salary will be in line with our certified BMW Service and Parts Advisors, plus Bonus opportunities.
Hours: 45 hours a week Monday – Friday plus a Saturday paid rota.
