As a BMW Genius Apprentice your role is to show our customers why a new BMW truly is the ‘Ultimate Driving Machine’. You will be trained to know every piston, stitch and sensor on every model and be able to talk to our customers about anything BMW, whilst offering exquisite levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous and efficient service. Most of your Apprenticeship will be on the job training based at our centre. A BMW representative will also visit you on a 12 weekly basis to set performance targets and classroom sessions will be offsite at the BMW Group Training Academy in Berkshire.
On successful completion of the Apprenticeship your salary will be in line with our certified Geniuses, plus Bonus opportunities.
Hours: 45 hours a week Monday –Saturday with a set day off in the week.
