Motorcycle Technician Apprenticeship

As an Apprentice Motorcycle Technician at Vines BMW you will be responsible for undertaking maintenance, service and repair activities on all BMW Motorcycles. Most of your 3-year apprenticeship will be on the job training based at our centre with one of our Technicians as your mentor. A BMW representative will also visit you on a 12 weekly basis to set performance targets and classroom sessions will be offsite at the BMW Group Training Academy in Berkshire.

On successful completion of the Apprenticeship your salary will be in line with our certified BMW Motorcycle Technicians, plus Bonus opportunities.

Hours: 40 hours a week Monday – Friday.

On successful completion of the Apprenticeship, the qualifications attained will be:

IMIAL Level 2 Diploma in Motorcycle Maintenance and Repair Principles (VRQ)
IMIAL Level 2 Diploma in Motorcycle Maintenance and Repair Competence (VCQ)
IMIAL Level 3 Diploma in Motorcycle Maintenance and Repair Principles (VRQ)
IMIAL Level 3 Diploma in Motorcycle Maintenance and Repair Competence (VCQ)
Functional Skills or Core Skills
